Atlas Top & Side Hung Heavy Duty Hinges

The Atlas Heavy Duty Friction Hinge range meets the increasing demand for larger and heavier windows. Top and side hung hinge variants accommodate sash weights of up to 60kg for Top Hung windows and 35kg for Side Hung windows. Increased bar thicknesses and additional fixing holes provide maximum stability and allow easy adjustment.

Nico hinges have been endurance tested with their maximum load carrying capacity to 3 times the British Standard requirement.

Technical Data

The Nico Heavy Duty Friction Hinge is robustly built handed hinge with an all-stainless steel construction. An increased bar thickness means it is able to accommodate heavier sash weights and it is available in 14mm and 17mm stack heights.
