Congratulations to Nico Area Sales Manager Mark Meadows who has successfully completed the GAI’s Certificate in Architectural Hardware course. This was a two year commitment from Mark which in the second year entailed the study of 13 core subjects and a demanding final examination. The purpose of the scheme is to provide a thorough grounding in the understanding of ironmongery, and the award of the certificate is testimony to the effort applied by Meadows.
Says Mark “Without doubt the experience of completing the course has been a valuable one. The knowledge I’ve gained will hopefully not only benefit myself and Nico, but also my customers. I’m sure it’ll help me to understand their needs more fully, and I look forward to being able to use all I’ve learned for everyone’s benefit.”
